We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase — no questions asked.

Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your refund request is made within 7 days of your initial subscription payment
- You have not violated our Terms of Service
- This is your first refund request for SheetMind

Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Requests made after the 7-day window
- Renewal charges (please cancel before your renewal date)
- Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Partial months or unused subscription periods after the 7-day window

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of your purchase:

- Include your email address and order/transaction ID
- We will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have access until then.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund unless it is within the 7-day refund window.
